  • Alex Hoffman

    Managing Partner

    Alex is a co-founder of Hexham Partners, and serves as Managing Partner. He has more than 25 years of investment, transaction and operating experience in the specialty industrial and services sectors. Most recently, Alex was a Partner at AEA Investors, where he led the firm’s European business and was responsible for a number of the firm’s investments in the UK and Continental Europe. Earlier in his career with AEA, Alex also spent 3 years in Hong Kong, helping establish AEA’s Asian presence.

  • Fi Agladious

    Partner

    Fi is a co-founder of Hexham Partners. He co-founded Strategic Analytics in 2003. Strategic Analytics is an international consulting firm focused on advising private-equity backed businesses in a variety of specialty industrial sectors. Fi has over 25 years experience working with private equity firms on buy-side diligence as well as growing portfolio companies for profitable exit. Earlier in his career, Fi spent 9 years at Mars & Co Consulting, working for a range of clients across energy, utilities and food & beverage industries.

    Partner

    Rod is a co-founder of Hexham Partners, as well as having co-founded Strategic Analytics with Fi Agladious in March 2003. Rod’s industry experience spans a broad range of industrial sectors, and he has worked with a variety of management teams to help define and set out enhanced growth strategies to accelerate business performance. Rod and Fi first worked together at Mars & Co consulting prior to establishing Strategic Analytics.
